Adjective Randomly determined; having a random probability distribution or pattern that may be analyzed statistically but may not be predicted precisely.
I am interested in generating the hoax. By simulating intangible experiences, I hope to create mysterious encounters between the viewer and my work. It is my focus to highlight the instant when reality becomes disrupted, whether by creatures in the distance or inexplicable changes in space. Our everyday interactions with our environments are filled with complex stochastic moments; I often misrepresent space to demonstrate our disconnection from this material reality.. I employ a multitude of different media, primarily collected reusable papers and fabrics. I’m interested in using our remnants, manufactured and discarded materials, to point to our social disconnection from our environments.
