The New Artists Society is pleased to host the 2010 Holiday Art Sale Preview Party. It’s worth the price of admission to get into the Thursday evening preview party, an annual event that packs SAIC’s Ballroom with bargain hunters and art lovers alike. Thousands of original pieces are sold every year to shoppers who like to get in the door before the sale opens to the public.
TICKETS
Tickets are $35 per person or $60 for two people. Tickets include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

I spent the Past Weekend in St.louis with Lisa See Kim, and Stan Chisholm Getting ready for their December Show at Mad Art. A fast weekend, spent with two of the keenest makers of the time who never settle for anything but, a good time. If you haven’t set the date do so now, Opening reception December 3, 7 pm to 11 pm. I expect to see you there making moneybags or enjoying the game show.

Just recently in Pilsen Chicago on top of Lisa See Kim, and Amanda Gang’s Roof, we built a cardboard nest. With the three of us working together from a little after 2 till sundown we completed the top portion promptly. The girls were excited to gather underneath our patch woven structure.
